Holistically designed for health, safety and functionality, the Cooshee Changer is moulded of high-density micro-cell foam. Sleek, yet warm to baby’s body, the surface is a seamless, easy-to-clean “skin” with no cracks or crevices where bacteria can hide. It wipes clean in an instant, using only a baby wipe, and there’s no messy cloth cover to wash.
The Cooshee Changer is comfortable, yet sturdy and lightweight. Because the Cooshee Changer is 100% waterproof, is may also be used for sponge-bathing a newborn during the first few weeks home. It's great for small nurseries that cannot fit a separate changing table and it's lightweight and portable.

The Cooshee Changer meets the most recent ASTM standards for stationary and portable changing pads, which require changing pads to have continuous perimeter rims.
The revolutionary Cooshee Changer has a clean, sleek and cozy design, continuously moulded 10cm high perimeter and concave inner that is safe for baby. This new-age material warms baby's bottom with a silky-smooth, anti-bacterial skin that is non-porous and phthalate free.

"When I first got my Cooshee Changer I was pretty confident just looking at it that it was going to be a good baby changing mat, but nearly a year into using it with my first child I still can’t praise it enough.
First of all it allowed me to use the attractive wood buffet in my living room as my changing table rather than buying what I think looks like a tea trolley - which unfortunately seemed about the only option (if you want to change nappies up high rather than on the floor) for safely containing the squeaky rubber mats one usually gets for changing nappies on.
The next thing I discovered was that for the first few months it was really handy for relocating the baby. The changer is soft, but it is also relatively stiff which enabled us to use it as a container to transport Henry around the house; when you picked it up it would bend slightly inwards cocooning and containing Henry quite nicely for easy moving. And once you got to the next room, you could put the baby straight down without having to prepare a towel or rug (especially handy for us with a severe lack of carpet in our house).
It was great for nappy free time, containing the baby and all the ‘accidents’ and then of course you could move the entire mess into the bathroom quickly and easily and rinse both the baby and the mat under the shower.
I also found it useful for taking Henry outside when I wanted to hang the washing and he’d lie in it happily on the kitchen floor whilst I cleaned the dishes. Using the changer almost as a portable playpen for the first few months when the baby didn’t move around much eliminated all the worries about the comfort levels, mess, hygiene, dryness or temperature of where I was putting him down.
Henry is now big enough that I can’t really carry him about the house like that any more, but it still comes in handy when I realise I forgot something when I’m changing his nappy. I just transfer him in the Cooshee Changer to the floor whilst I run off to get whatever it is. Most of the time he’s still in it when I get back (rather than having crawled off) as well as any ‘accidents’ that might have happened in the mean time, and I just transfer him back to the table (or the shower as the case may be) and do my thing.
He’s currently going through the ‘struggle during a nappy change’ phase which though extremely frustrating (and he’s super big and strong for his age too) is far less frustrating in the Cooshee. It’s sides are high enough and sturdy enough to curb much of the struggle.
We’ve taken Henry to visit relatives overseas a couple of times. We didn’t take the Cooshee changing mat the first time and it was REALLY frustrating. The next time we did take it and keeping Henry in a similar routine to the one we follow at home just seemed SO MUCH simpler. And as it turned out the envisioned struggle of taking a changing mat on an international flight and in a bunch of cars was not that at all. It’s really light and easy to transport!"
